Would have helped if you'd included a link to the video. The scene is from SBNR-075/SBNS-075 (early enough in the series that the rental and sell version still have the same number)
Movie is starring Yumi Kazama (風間ゆみ)／Lily Kuroda (黒田ユリ)／Rena Koda (香田麗奈)／Rei Okubo (大久保怜), I think the widow is played by Rena Koda but not 100% sure.
