Some forum cannot send RSS feed

actually,

I use usually inoreader, and I wanna subscribe

JAV torrent forum and

http://www.akiba-online.com/index.php?forums/junior-idols.93/index.rss
Jr. Idol forum.

but inoreader can feed just torrent forum, not jr idol forum


why this problem occur

I would guess rss feed are not sign in and the jr idol section you need to be sign in to see
