So, these are on the way. I almost wish Idols would have the same amount of work their JAV counterparts do, you know? Sometimes three titles a month from an Idol? But, then, it hits me that it would be bad and they would get burned out and/or the money doesn't make sense to work that much? Either way, I'm always smiling when they do come out!

I did not know they done films 3 times a month, so if you follow a few actresses it is very costly, Idols seem to be getting less, which tells me they do not get paid much, and may only do it as a top up to pay and maybe help pay college fees. and Idols seem to have a short life span

Sorry! I meant I almost wish they did do three a month like JAV stars. But I get what you're saying. Pity some don't stay in the game longer.

This might be a little off topic since this thread is about November releases but reading these two comments really hurts me and I just have to say I feel the same and share your frustration Casshern. It is so strange that not only do Gravure Idols release at a much slower rate than JAV stars, their life span is also vastly shorter. In a lot of cases they disappear after only a year. Look at Mikuni Saran and Fujimoto Ayami, both idols came out sprinting and quickly became two of my favorites and vanished after a year. One offs are also common, like Honda Makoto.

It is also weird since in the past Idols would start off conservative and may or may not venture into more daring content. But nowadays it seems, like with Saran and Ayami, they go hard right out the gate and blow my mind with their performance and then go MIA.

I think there are many reasons why. First, it seems that the government is getting stricter with their censorship laws and this has inadvertently affected the Idol industry since a lot of the appeal is NOT having to censor and now theres less ways for the girls to creatively clothe themselves. This not only hurt sales but also drives girls that would have debuted as Chakuero Idols to JAV since the new regulations does not affect JAV. Second, is the problem of variety. I fear that the problem with multiple releases in a month is not burnout but rather the videos becoming samey and becoming boring to viewers. However, I think this is not as big an issue and is just a problem of directors not being creative. After all, in JAV one star can have multiple Vanilla/Nakadashi/Whatever releases and no one seems bored of it. Julia mostly does safe Vanilla stuff and she is still going strong. I don't see why Gravure Idols cannot do the same. I know I wan't be bored watching 3 videos of Ayami in a month.

TL;DR: Yes, Casshern, I know.

Not all the vids you posted up are merely gravure idols. For example:
- MBR-AA109 is Rina Aizawa
http://www.minnano-av.com/actress653632.html
- MBR-AL038 is actually Kokoro Sakuragi
http://www.minnano-av.com/actress389774.html
- MBR-AL039 is actually Rion Izumi.
http://www.minnano-av.com/actress726107.html

A good many JAV girls often do the occasional gravure work under a different pseudonym.

Most gravure idols don't actually start off exposing themselves that much as they still harbor hopes of becoming a mainstream celebrity. If their very first video is not only chakuero but they're even blatantly going topless, there's a good chance they're in AV or about to make their debut.

But they are all Gravure releases, which was the point. But sure I know and understand. Thanks for those that don't!
