iF AN OLD POST HAS DEAD RYU SHARE LINK, THEN THE NEW POST MUST HAVE THEM, AND USE THE SAME THREAD

for those that cannot see clearly I made the fonts bigger :gayprance:

and for those that still choose to ignore it, the penalties will be increasing,

for example
first time 1 infraction,
second time 2 infraction points
third time 3 infraction points which is an automatic suspension for 30 days
forth time 3 infraction points with increased suspensions

Let's add another ruling that is active already in most of the direct download sections:

Each title must have only one thread, were all the new uploads/mirrors are posted.

With anime rips we have different media with a big difference in quality, so each anime title can have a separate TVrip thread, DVD thread and/or BD thread.

Only the first post of each thread is required to have ryushare (RS) links, or if the original links die, the next to post must provide new RS links.

A few collection threads are allowed, in that case each post of these threads must have RS links.
