Considering that Nao Masaki directed MEYD-919 and the rest seem anonymous, I would guess that there's not a singular director behind this sudden surge of lesbian movies from Tameike Goro, but rather a producer at the studio who wanted to make lesbian content.

You are absolutely right, Rokusaburo Mishima is great and now MEYD-942 directed by Masaki Nao coming out, this studio is back in the game. Seeing the same with Madonna there was a dry spell for lesbian movies from them for a long time.
