The gif quality issue

I start to learn how to make gif through photoshop and I want my gif quality as best as possible.
Which mean the quality as close to the origin video as possible
How should I set the panel?

There's nothing about the quality there, it's most likely after you hit the save button that you can choose it. That's how gimp works at least.
