Probably some legal issues.

Ever since the removal of that forum section yesterday, my life became incomplete.
Akiba-online has always been my one and only source of Unc. JAV torrents.

I believe some of that material is copyrighted in the US.
You don't want to mess around with that stuff, specially with all the SOPA/PIPA fuss.
Politicians are going out of their way to throw your ass in jail, and as far as I know, that is not a cozy place to be in.

It should take you about 15 seconds to find 3 different sites that provide uncensored torrents.
