You could buy from a Japanese store (plenty of them have it) and use a proxy service that will ship it to you.
Use a proxy like service like Buyee, you need to make an account, that gives you an address.
The simplest way is to use Yahoo!, just use the direct link to the video https://buyee.jp/item/yahoo/shopping/ruuus2727_ds-08p5cshbq
amazon.co.jp which is a bit complicated
You need to sign up with amazon.co.jp and use the address you got from buyee.jp
BUT to actually buy from there you also need a VPN and set it to Japan otherwise it won't allow you to buy it (it will say out of stock)
Note as I recall buyee doesn't allows you to buy adult content but gravure should be ok - I'm not 100% sure of it though.

I got this on ebay recently from Japan, no issues (sent to England).
I have made an mp4 of this. Relatively low res (800 x 450) as that's all I can manage with my antiquated hardware without dropping frames. Let me know if it's cool to post this. I'm a long-time lurker on here, but haven't really posted and don't know the etiquette or if there's a reason this one has never been shared.
