Life and career

Early modeling and TV career
Born in Osaka, Tsukasa Aoi debuted as an uniform gravure model in the October 2008 issue of the magazine Bejean. In June 2009 she was cast as a regular in the Sun Television variety show Gung Gung Bone!, which was cancelled shortly later.
The same year, she made regular appearances on San-TV talk show Onagokoro and featured the segment "Tsukasa Aoi's Aim for the Top" in the Television Osaka variety show Idol Sniper 2. In December 2009, she starred in Aoi Shōjo, her first gravure video, and a second gradure video was released in August 2010.

AV career
In August 2010, Aoi appeared nude for the first time in a photo set published by the magazine Bejean; in September it was formally announced her debut into the adult industry. Her AV debut film, "Absolute Girl Aoi Tsukasa", was released on 8 October 2010.
In February 2011, she appeared on the cover of the magazine Saizo, being the first active AV actress to be chosen as cover girl.
In February 2012, she won the FLASH Award at the Adult Broadcasting Awards. The same year, she debuted in a leading role in a mainstream film, starring in the Ken'ichi Fujiwara's prison drama Female Prisoner No. 701 – Sasori, a remake of Shunya Itō's Female Convict 701: Scorpion (1972).
In 2013, she guest starred an episode of the TVBS comedy series True Love 365, being the first adult actress to appear in a Taiwanese dorama.

I'm not really into jr-idols much but this girl looks uncannily like the AV-actress Tsukasa Aoi, I mean it definitely is not her but could it be her little sister?

(I'm aware that idols don't use their real names so it's not just because they have the same name).

Hmm... I don't really see the resemblance. "Aoi" is a popular stage name, because it sounds kind of cool, is a single Chinese character (葵), and it refers to a family of flowering plants (Malvaceae). It's inconceivable that Tsukasa Aoi is the AV actress' real name. If it's a stage name, it would be insane for her little sister, trying to make it as a mainstream idol, to choose the same stage name and draw attention to a possible link. Chiaki is currently active as guitarist in the girl band "Hime carat" (姫carat), and she hails from Okayama. Tsukasa hails from Osaka. Totally different accent. So I think I can offer a definitive "No" to your question. Sorry. (Also, although this is of course a matter of taste, I think Tsukasa is quite pretty whereas Chiaki is...homely.)

And I was talking about Tsukasa when she was younger, I think she has had some work done possibly her nose and definitely her boobs and she used to be kinda chubby. The pictures you picked also aren't really representative since there is a 7 year age gap and Tsukasa is all made up for an event.

But I do think you are right, I found Chiaki's info and noted as you did that they didn't come from the same area also in her twitter she looks nothing like in the video I saw. And your point with a underage sister of an AV-actress makes sense as well.

Yes, she definitely had a nose job. (I don't know what was wrong with her original; looks good to me.) But I don't she she had a boob job. One nice thing about JAV is there is not that pressure to have huge, fake tits that you see in American porn. (Yick.) Here's a shot of her from Minisuka.tv, just before she went into AV. I was actually shocked to see her go into AV. Then I realized that Minisuka.tv is the "last stop" a LOT of women make before going into AV. Maybe AV producers encourage them to do a shot with Minisuka.tv before making their AV debut because "pure" images of them in high school uniforms increases their value as AV stars...?

That picture is kinda cheating because of the angle, she was pretty flat before.

Another reason why I'm pretty sure she had a boob job, is that she has scars beneath both her boobs, the one on the left is quite visible probably because it got infected or something.

I'm with you though I HATE most cosmetic surgery but she didn't go overboard with the size and they look good for her frame.

Hmm... I'm still not convinced about the boob surgery (that mark under her right breast could be a birthmark?), but a search in Japanese for "葵つかさ 豊胸" shows that at least some Japanese observers agree with you. Besides, the fact that she (obviously) did her nose and that she wears those annoying big contact lenses indicates that she, like a zillion other young Japanese women, is unnecessarily insecure about her appearance. Particularly in the AV world, the actresses who last are the ones like Tsukasa who have "that certain special something," not the ones who look like they could be fashion models. There have been a lot of AV actresses who I fell in love when I saw their still photos, and then promptly fell out of love when I saw them "acting" on video. For example, Erika Satoh (佐藤江梨花) is stunningly beautiful and has a flawless body, but her AV videos are embarrassing to watch (in my opinion).

The same with Suzuka Ishikawa/Mion Tachibana (石川鈴華／橘ミオン). She's so pretty, but her AV work is depressing to me.

The AV actresses who become legends are usually pretty ordinary looking, IMO.

I'm not really bothered with if she had a boob-job or not as long as it looks "normal" I don't care.

But I noticed the same, some of the more beautiful girls are pretty bad performers.

I think Tsuakas acting is good though - so she's both beautiful and a good actor, I really prefer the movies where she talks a lot, the actual sex-scenes are pretty much always the same (as is the case in most AV's) - and obviously she also does some real acting in movies and tv-shows but she doesn't have many lines in those.

Actually after having a look at her first AV (DV-1195) in a 720p version I think you are probably right, it is more consistent with a birthmark than a scar, close up it's a light brown a scar would be more "reddish" she also has another birthmark on her side that is similar in color and I could see absolutely no sign of any scar on the other side that I imagined I could see before.

Also I have no idea why I'm even paying so much attention to this

We're paying so much attention because Tsukasa has lovely boobies and it gives us an excuse to stare at them.

Yeah, I'm starting to think so, too. Here's a screen grab, and the same image with the contrast cranked up. The left side is barely noticeable, but is too close a match to the right side to dismiss as coincidence. Defnitely one of the most subtle boob jobs I've seen! I wonder exactly when she got it.
