Yup, if Sylvia wasn't the mentor for Nao Masaki's directorial career I'd be very surprised - the focus on initial foreplay and seduction, tons of wet kissing, somewhat gonzo sex scenes, featuring newhalves from time to time etc. And Sylvia is still directing today as far as I know, 20 years after what I first saw.

I've recounted this elsewhere but Sylvia is where JAV started for me. Got at least the first two scenes of ARMD-130 from Usenet alt.binaries probably in 2004.
I still have the original files and they are dated from then and the movie is from 2002. I don't remember if I never downloaded the rest of the movie or lost parts to a HDD failure. Anyway, it became a more than 10-year passion project for me to find the full thing (again?) which I eventually did... in shitty quality. Some time later I got a 2.56GB transfer that is not terrible considering the movie age and it has kind of become a treasured possession.
Scene 1 where the two girls climb some stairs, check to see whether they're alone and then start sucking each other's faces and drooling into others' mouths was not something I'd encountered up until then. I was smitten!

Funnily enough, I don't think I've seen either of those actresses in anything since.
