What happens if we play this back in a regular video player?
Will it display properly (in 2D), or is there distortion?

In that case, I'll pass.

It will cause VileJoker to delay my next download by about 5 hours… even if the download doesn't complete.
That hurts something.

Seems like an interesting technology though.
When I get enough money, maybe I'll get a headset, just for the 3D porn!

There are other prohibitive factors.
Cost, even low cost, is a major factor, but it's far from being the only one.

Generally, the smartphone market is a minefield of nonexistent privacy and platform slavery.
Only having 2 competitors to choose from, who are both highly abusive, puts us all in a bad situation.

Why would anybody pay money for that?
Porn, even 3D porn, isn't enough to compensate for the dangers.

Well, you could use the Oculus go OR a phone not attached to any accounts that you can install offline apps and use offline files?

Good thinking, but naive.

The 2 smartphone corporations have certainly been making moves to eliminate local sync from their devices altogether. It's getting worse, not better, day by day.
