looks more like a VN or eroge.....if it is an anime I am not familar with it.

Well, with some reverse searching all I can find is onahole ads/reviews. So I'm going to say there is not a anime involved with this, and it's just a onetime illustration for the packaging. I could be wrong but it really looks that way.
