What do JAV actresses get paid?

I assume there is some kind of pay scale and agents get involved also.

But is there a range of what a relatively well-known Japanese adult star makes for a full-length film with her as the only female?

It seems that some of the actresses make several dozens of films a year. What kind of salary do they get? Are they under contract with one studio?

If there's a link to a site(s) that have this kind of information, that would be helpful too.

She told me she earned 500,000yen per month, and all she had to do was make two movies per month. She also had to do hand-shake events etc., but wasn't paid any extra.

A top level actress's AGENCY may be paid around $5000USD for a day's shoot if it's one of those solo girl titles with 2 penetration scenes and 2-3 foreplay one (BJ, HJ, etc.).

Most JAV agency's take 50% of the cut.

There are exceptions if they're super popular/in demand. Like if Kirara Asuka was thinking of doing another title I bet she can get more. But otherwise, that's about as much as you'll be getting a day (2.5K'ish).

Also being in that line of work it's hard to get credit for stuff like buying a car or a house. You can see why so many actresses want their movies deleted when they retire so that they can get a normal job. 500k maybe seems like a lot when they are 18 but they eventually realize that it's not so sweet.

More professional doesn't always mean better. With Kaho, they also talk about what she likes outside JAV, both know the anime or manga they are talking about. It's like when a radio will interview a band, they always ask the same basic question you hear everytime whilst when it's a fan interviewing, the questions are way more interesting.

Vaginas don't work like that, they don't wear out any more than your dick does.

Private life sex is very different to on camera sex. No stop/start, less pressure to fake it and you can go at your own pace. Need another 5 minites warm up? No problem. It's also more relaxing to know that the guy isn't going to cum in their hair at the end of it and the director isn't going to want difficult positions.
