I do find it intriguing not only that one such video was made, but apparently enough of the same plot-line were churned out to make a reasonable person think there may be a word for the genre. Although on reflection I guess it makes economic sense - if your location is a Jav studio, you have one big cost saving right off the bat. The plot does sound appealing though, and I'd like to see one of these stories, although preferably a modern remake. You know, HD. Colour. Sound. That sort of thing.
As to modern equivalents, I fear I can't think of anything even remotely similar. Most presenter/anchor movies are of course of the on-air bukkake/facial/fornicating kind, although I would put in a good word for RCT-247, bizarrely described as "10 Part 2 Video Barrage Of Analyst Happening Women's H". It's the usual facial-fest, but in the final scene a plucky reporter has decided to brace some ne'er do well and confront him with some difficult questions. However, as soon as he sees which way the wind is blowing he flips his lid, takes his anger out first on some flimsy cardboard sign (from memory) and then on the good lady herself in the worst/best possible way. Throughout her ordeal, she manages to retain control of the mike and address her audience. I have no idea what she's saying, but I like to imagine it's along the lines of "see how this villain behaves? I ask him one simple question and OH! he's already shagging me half way to Shanghai NO STOP". It may not be everybody's cup of tea, but I like it.
Another presenter/anchor theme is the one where she has to do unspeakable things for management in order to make sure that her career stays on track (I think). There's also a variant of the undercover agent/narcotics agent theme where the reporter is doing an investigative piece on some drug lord or crime ring, and suffers the same fate as the agent would (except that she tends to be more realistically dressed - what is it with undercover agents and cat suits?! Ugh.). MOND-003 "Ashina Yulia Dug Dick To Yakuza Our Female Reporter Of The Weekly Magazine Is Too Delve Into Dangerous Material" is one such example.
I have no idea why TV Journalist Maria Osawa gets the treatment she does in DASD-002 "Beautiful Eurasian Women's r*** In The Pores Of Longing", but I enjoy it.
If the main attraction of the genre is the idea of the reporter getting caught up in what she is sent to report on, I can only come up with SVDVD-194 "Shame! Turn The Monkey Man" which has been discussed in at least one other thread here. Basically "An Asian reporter Mizuki goes to a province in Japan to report on a performing monkey when the locals decide to have her perform as if she was the monkey."
I also have an old tentacle movie (but no code!) which is a weird variant. It appears to be pretending to be a dpocumentary trying to establish whether tentacles are facxt or fiction. There is a lot of Jav-in-Jav recycling of old tentacle sex scenes, but towards the end our plucky reporter is apparently sent to a reputed haunt of tentacles where (surrounded by oil drums, presumably to hide the many tentacle operators) she strips down to some rather attractive panties (well you would, wouldn't you?) and sits in a leather office armchair to await her fate. Fortunately for us, she doesn't have to wait long. In the unlikely event that anyone has read this far and recognised the description, they may be able to provide a code. I would like to know myself....
Finally, if it's the innocent-lady-caught-up-in-the-aftremath-of-some-hot-action that floats your boat, the nearest thing I know of is another for which I have no code, but which has also appeared previously on this site in another thread. Search for Amwf_AlexisTexas_EjaculationFemaleFlightAttendant. Basically an air hostess discovers a couple enjoying themselves at the back (front?) of the plain and despite her cajolings they continue to perform in front of her to completion. They finally leave and she , clearly already "perturbed" by hat she has witnessed, finds and picks up a sex point, at which point she too is discovered by an alpha male. Despite her gasps of innocence and protest, nature takes its course.
