No idea, but NUKA-06 has a scene in the exact same kitchen, including the pan on the wall, the copper kettle on the stove and the stuff near the window. Only the placement of the dishes is different and it's not the same actors.

I wonder how that works. These two movies used the same kitchen (as expected around the same date) but they are by two different studios.

They just rent the place for their shoots. That's why you see the same places all the time.
