Currently reading China Girl, and so far it has what I like in a manga:

The same author did a famous title called "1 + 2 = Paradise", which got adapted into anime. The anime got translated, but not the manga.
There is a lot of underwear as well, but I don't remember that it focuses on pantyhose.

The only manga I can think of that has a character who states his interests in that clothing is Oniichan no Koto Nanka Zenzen Suki ja Nai n da kara ne. I am mainly compiling a list of media that contain pantyhose/tights in some form.

I really don't read much manga but the one I am reading is Monster Musume no Iru Nichijou.Maybe one day they'll turn it into a anime.

EzikialRage, if I remember correctly I think I read on one of the chapters saying an OVA will come out this year. Also I'm reading Tokyo Ghoul (almost done reading it)
Just got through reading all of Kiseijuu. I didn't feel like waiting for the episodes to come out. I'll probably do the same with Jojo's bizarre and Tokyo Ghoul.

I got in to attack on titan Manga recently after I heard major secrets were revealed in the recent chapters. Still waiting for new translated Futari Ecchi. Seems like they dropped Desire, another sex Manga.
