Where can I buy an HD video of APAA-240?

I have looked everywhere.

R18 doesn't have them. Aurora-pro.com, the official website for the label, doesn't have them. DMM doesn't have them.

All the ones available online are SD copies. Please help me find it.

It doesn't exist, there was never an HD source.

A good rule of thumb is that if DMM doesn't have it OR the actual publisher, it doesn't exist. No reason to think it would.
