r18.com translation is by far the best. If your movie id is "SDMU-051," then search "sdmu00051." Just add preceding zeros so that the number will have 5 digits and remove the hypen. DV-1204 -> dv01204. Exception to this rule is h.m.p title which requires 6 digits (HODV-21084 -> hodv021084). Also I found that some titles MXGS-XXX won't have same title in r18.com but if you search the blu-ray version of the same movie (i.e. MXBD-XXX), it will show up. This is my translation table for MAXING titles.
