you could try asianscreens.com there a lot of titles there with dvd cover and some with screenshots.

If you can deduce some Japanese, try the biggest one of all in Japan: DMM.
Or, take the production release number of that JAV and search for it. You should encounter a handful of primarily Japanese-language sites which are offering that JAV. Those will almost always have a jpg of the full cover. :virtuous:

I found a good site for covers today... most sites have 800x538 pixel covers, but this site has 1280x800! erfectplan: No watermarks, either.
