First I wanna say that this is the wrong section. It's about discussion, not identification help. Therefore there are other sections called "Identification help" and "JAV Idol Identifications" (see my signature below). Please use these sections.
DMM doesn't list any names (as most of the time for RCT titles): http://www.dmm.co.jp/mono/dvd/-/detail/=/cid=1rct647/

And I guess it's the second one, Mikuni Maisaki (舞咲みくに):
