Fuck, I know what that plant is and I hate it, I just can't think of the name of it. When ground up (rather, when used on a cheese-grater), it has a similar texture to natto, only it's not fermented. It's flavor is pretty bland but the texture is like partially developed fertilized eggs after going through a blender on high-speed.
