Why does all the popular AV stars always work for Premium?

Maria Ozawa, Yua Aida, Honoka, Sora Aoi, Yuma asami, etc....




Is Premium just that good at scouting? Don't get me wrong, there's great performers in different studios but it seems the most popular are always from Premium.

Because 90% of the popular stars work for the Hokuto Corp. studios at some point in their career.

so some jav star moved to premium and then got a lot promotion...

CMIIW, but some jav star not doing first debut in premium, but other studio first
then being scouted to premium after some time...
