Technically it's not a banned list but a list of things that can't be uploaded.
She's there because she's sent us a DMCA many years ago. She's very aggressive about protecting her intellectual property.

Seriously though, don't you find the whole concept of "intellectual" property just a little offensive? By purest defintion intellectual property is just an "idea" and one can't really own that. A person can share an idea with others but that is pretty much all an idea is good for. I mean sure, there is something honorable about giving someone credit for an idea but to say one actually "owns" it is really another matter entirely. Now I do understand that the term "intellectual property", as used here and elsewhere, often means something different but I truly think they should at least use a different term. It is just a misuse of the word. An "intellect" can't really own anything anymore than an emotion can but at least "emotional property" does have a certain ring to it, (even if that is not appripo here either).
