I started with no account, but in order to purchase anything I am prompted to put in name, email, address, and phone number. Afterwards, I am emailed my membership registration with a link back to the purchase page while being logged in the website. I correct the country prompt, and I click on the orange "Pay by credit card" option below to continue, but the next page says "Error message - Credit card transaction has been failed. Please contact our customer support."
Has anyone else here who uses Xcream had this happen while buying something, or is it a mistake I did? I can contact support with the support email that was provided in the registration email they sent me.
