To clarify your question this Young Jump Premium DVD is not part of any double release title, though Ai Shinozaki does indeed have a double release scheduled for release sometime in September this yr. This was a DVD release produced by Liverpool Co, in collaboration with Shueisha's Young Jump I believe since I think there will be a digital set made available for release later on their VYJ website.
Many of these DVDs produced under Liverpool are usually sold for pretty cheaply at only 1980yen instead of the usual 3990yen commonly known for gravure DVDs, and these releases only usually only sold via 7-11/Circle-K domestic convenience outlets through-out in JP, although for online shoppers they can also make their purchases via 7-11 japanese online store.
I know about all these because one of my fav idol Rei Okamoto (as seen in my avatar pic) has also just released a DVD under Liverpoool back earlier in May this yr. Takeshi-G was kind enough to make and share a rip of her Young Jump Premium DVD here too, so just do a search if you are interested.
