Simply limited bonus items for this issue, if you were to check this page, you would have seen previews of these cards. Chekis and QUO cards, which might be something related to ancient phones - just another gadget surviving out of its context, I guess, just like chekis are seemingly obsolete themselves. Dunno how to get this, sometimes to be found on auctions after some time.
