Talk about messed up! It's definitely the same guy: https://twitter.com/K84f9Zgzh2IXG8z/status/737209859804827648

The article posted above goes into a bit more detail about the whole affair.

MOODYZ has taken the title off their site and DMM and others have done the same.

Horrible events like this are going to make studios more wary when having actual fans take the place of actors in these types of titles. Simple interviews definitely aren't enough and full background checks may be out of the budgets of many studios.

Sounds like one messed up dude, but he has to be to stab someone that many times.
I read in another article that he called 119 because "he felt sorry for her" but then you wonder why he did it in the first place.

I wonder are this the guy who have obsession to track JAV actresses social media and get frustated when he can't find it ?

There's something deeply dehumanizing in modern Japanese life. I other day I had insomnia and was up at 4AM searching flipping the channels. I saw a Japanese TV show (something minor that would never make it on day time in here) where they film a typical couple for several days. The couple had been married for 25+ years and they go thru days exchanging, literally (because the producers counted) under 20 words. The guy has more interaction with his newspaper than with his wife. Then the producers made some kind of intervention, which had a nice effect on the family life, (by this time my partner also woke up and watched it a bit) but they had to prove that the intervention worked, not in improving family relation but in improving each person's individual mental capability (IQ). Sorry it's a distraction from the topic, but beneath the anime, the J-pop, J-drama, JAV all the entertainment we consume from Japan, their reality is not pretty.

Look at the fringe porn or even so much of the mainstream AV, there's something disturbing about them. So much of it is about incest or r*** or torture.

I am saying this fully aware I watch JAV all the time. But I am very happy to be able to get these stuffs from far away. I wouldn't want to live in a society that support such a twisted economy to such a scale.

I wonder how will Japan public/gov/industry deal with this. At best, nothing. At worst, they might spin it as a porn corrupting society and tighten control. But in fact JAV is only exposing the reality of Japanese problems. Frankly it's amazing such negative or tragic news associated with JAV is so rare.

I don't ever think i've seen a JAV where someone got stabbed a bunch of times, plus the incest/r***/torture themes have been going on since JAV, and Pink Films began there's no way they can spin it to blame porn, especially since he attacked a J-Pop idol. I think the only conversations the government can have is about the idol industry as a whole, it's pretty messed up the whole culture surrounding it. To your last point crap like that probably happens more often, just nobody is going to care enough about a c/d level JAV idol getting stabbed then a c/d level J-Pop idol.

You are going by logic and reason. Spin has no need for logic and reason.

The other question is how does Yui Hatano think about this. I wouldn't know how I would think if I were her. If I were a woman whose job is exchange bodily fluid with hundreds of men on camera for thousands of men to fap to... and one of them turned out to be a violent crazy. Worst case she might freak out and may retire from AV sooner than her original intention.

There is some resemblance in suspect and actor's photos but can't be certain that they are one and the same. Nonetheless it is disturbing that someone could slip through a background check.

I hope she not freak out, we already lost Ai Uehara and Haruki Sato and many others :(

you have mentioned about IQ, maybe JAV company should check EQ too beside STD before hire talents
I mean they probably don't bring in people who commited crimes, don't really know how they could've predicted someone would turn into a bad person like that, and maybe he was more in control then but something sent him over the edge like the article points to

"The Workers Magazine writer goes on to say that Iwazaki made a “disturbing” post recently on his blog saying that the “kind of women who appear in AV should all commit suicide” because of his discovery that Ai Hashimoto, a model he was infatuated with at the time, was once addicted to romantic pornography."

yes sometimes we can't predict when people can turn into a bad person, and do violent action

after this horrible incident I think japanese will increase awareness and precaution

Wasn't there another thread asking if the "fans" in fan service movies are really fans or just paid actors?... Well guess we got our answer. Unfortunately he was a crazy obsessed fan. Such sad news. :(

that is her latest one

Yui Hatano doesn't do it for me every time.

But My Gods! Just the front cover of this one is giving me a hard-on. It's like I'm 16 years old again, and this girl is taking me (not the other way round) for a walk in the park and she's gonna give me her virginity behind some bush or park bench.

Nevermind that Yui is a vet in JAV.

Why can't JAV make more vids that's just simply happy and pleasure and sunshine and youth. It's been years since I took a girl on a date and my heart pounding for a kiss, for a squeeze, for second base, third base, home run... This cover does it for me.

(but also worried the vid will not quite live up to expectation)

Its amazing how famous this guy became as a male jav actor in such short time.;)
