in 10 to 20 years, neural networks could replace real porn
the Internet itself may break up into several unconnected areas

Porn industry in Japan is diminishing and may be dead in 20 years. Not only porn producers cutting off budgets, less people buying DVDs. Famous porn stars and amateurs in Japan refuse to film due to less paid, identity exposure etc. Internet revolution dos have incredible impact to Porn industry.
Live stream, however, has eaten the cake of porn producers.

The last time I used an optical disk was over 10 years ago, totally obsolete museum technology

True, but I understand the desire to have a tangible and collectible items as well. Admittedly I'm a dying breed but prefer to still buy music on CD and rip it myself for consumption. I also don't trust future availability of any formal digital content.
