How do I convert cache that hasn't been fully downloaded?

I have an .avi file that has been completed/downloaded up to
1024727040/1025775616

Basically almost all of it except around 1MB block.

Problem is, I've been online for the last 2 weeks, and share just
doesn't seem to be able to find that last 1MB block.

So I go and use the convert option within Share, and it gives me
some "block corruption error" when 430MBs have been converted,
giving me a file that doesn't work properly.

On emule you can just change the .part files to the corresponding file
to play it with only a problem here and there.

Is there a way to convert/use cache files on share?

Is there a way to utilize external software of some kind or any other
way to convert the not fully downloaded file to a viewable avi file?

Thank you for your time.

I'm using the CacheDumpExEro plugin for incomplete files:

http://p2p-db.net/pluginwiki/index.php?CacheDumpExEro

It's typical to provide Share plugins via the Share network itself.

This plugin let me choose up to which valid block I will convert the file. Never had any problem with it.

I have a block that hasn't been downloaded right in the middle.

The 434th block out of 901 blocks...

Even with the cachedumpex I can't convert after the 434th
block... I'm fine with losing 1MB of video over 1GB...

Anyone know how I can just comb over the 1MB block
in the middle of the file?

When you first open CacheDumpExEro, the last block selected is right before the first missing chunk. Just use your mouse to select the very last block of the file. It will fill any missing gaps with zeros.

I know this thread is old-old, but can someone toss the cache dump plug in to me? I've had Share searching for it for two days and hasn't found it yet, unless I'm doing something else wrong.
