Her last name was pronounced Kato. On her previous releases they wrote かとう next or above her family name to avoid the confusion. Unfortunately it seems she has already retired.
This movie was released in 2014-11-23 and Kato is born in 1997-03-01.
She looks like she could be Miori Ichikawa's hot sister.

Recently, I keep googling into these site(s) with Thai(?) writing, sometimes I can watch the video, other times it says I can't but it gives a Google Drive download link that works. I just got PIST-047 (1.1GB) in 40 minutes.
This torrent, on the other hand, I added an hour ago and still have zero seeds, zero peers. Not sure what's wrong but I'm slow-downloading the video from elsewhere.

Because her name is Katou, it never was Hanamomo. That was lost in translation by a non Japanese speaker or a poor auto translation.
