its definitely for show... i've had some experiences with JP women and they moan normally, unlike in JAV where they squeak too much that it sometimes hurts your ears

Dame isn't really a way of saying "I'm coming". In this context it means "no", "stop", or "don't do it". But you're right, it's used because of the shame associated with willfully enjoying the act.
