Such realism is mind blowing.
Fat, folds, moles and more ... I love it.
I sharpened it a bit with Photoshop and adjusted the colors to be more natural, but otherwise, every pixel of the lady is AI-generated.
The quality is great, the hips are great, the belly is great, the detail is great, the face is great...
The only thing I personally don't like too much is the breast shape and size (I would prefer her to have an A-cup or bigger or/and rounder ones). But it's just my opinion. Maybe it's the way you like them best. And it's great actually, since if different fishermen like different fish, then they won't be fighting as much, if you know what I mean. To each his own. I'm only typing all this because this is probably the most realistic AI imagery I've seen so far

I'm also all for natural; there are few exceptions where I can enjoy fake tits (some of them are Katie Kox, Sophie Dee, Briana Banks in her younger years but not now...), but if they're saggy, then they should be very big, in my opinion. If they're not, any size is fine. Like, at first I wanted to write that I either want them flat or big, so either A or G+ (in Japanese metrics), but in this case, I guess, it's about the sagginess for me
