You are correct. But it could also be possible that particular UK isps are putting a ban/halt/choker on specific hosts. eg BT, Virgin, Sky etc

Same for us in Europe/UK. Also, lumfile is terrible, cannot download from them yet, and some kind people have posted stuff using lumfile and i have not been able to download for 3 days+

My sympathies to all people who have lost loved ones, homes, personal belongings etc. It won't make a big difference, but I will definitely be donating to relief funds which are starting up in the uk now. Stay safe and brave at this difficult time.
