You can always tag actresses yourself by using the "notes" field. Just tag all white actresses with "white", or something like that. Then, you can use the search bar to filter actress. If you type "white", it will show all white actresses. If you type "-white", it shows all non-white actresses.

To clarify, it's stored and supported in the general movie metadata. It's just not supported as a field that can be used for automatic renaming. I just never figured people would want to use the exact premier date as part of the folder or file name.
