4k movie

You guys bother to dl 4k movie at all? This size range from 15-20gig vs 3-5 gig for 1080. I haven't noticed a big jump in picture quality. What's your take on this besides filling up disk space.?
 
fuck no, I can still bust a nut to 720P anything lower like 480P etc. I watch alot of mature porn and 4k might get a little real. Some of the women start looking haggard in full HD young and old. You see every blemish, bruise and wrinkle possible , even with young women.
 
My 4k monitor is not huge, so the difference between 1080 and 4k is hardly noticable. Even 720p looks almost as good, so I hardly even download the 1080p ones if a 720p is available.
 
I find pixelation more distracting the higher you go up in resolution which is honestly to be expected since pixelation is the definition of low res. This is kind of sad since it devalues the point of having/buying/watching higher res movies.
 
It's a whole package thing. The old stuff on camcorders even 1080 is overkill. It's sharper, but not in a way that looks good. Nowadays some of the production is nice enough to justify 4k but maybe only a handful of studios.
