Action Anime is Dead

I wonder what kind of definition action have in an anime. I mean the most anime series mentioned before are rooted in the material arts genre. Therefor I would suggest Grappler Baki the Tv Series (especially season II for those who prefer material arts/fighting=action? gore.
 
they should have continued kenichi, i like the 50 eps, need moar
the anime is actually not old. even the manga was currently ongoing
