In some of the longer versions of the movie, an actress gets her tits milked during the harem orgy. As JAV actresses were sometimes brought in for the heavier action in Cat III (Hara and Suo in this, Murakami and Ayukawa in the original) she may be Japanese. Perhaps someone will recognise her.

Unfortunately she has her eyes closed and face scrunched up for the whole shot. She does have a little spot below left breast (on the right side - 1st pic), and another spot just below left elbow (2nd pic).

Director’s original unreleased cut was 135 minutes - I’m assuming these are all film run-times as this was released theatrically - but was cut considerably (to 118 minutes which is its ‘standard’ runtime) for its Hong Kong cinema release. Various other cuts by distributors and censors released around the world. Longest version available is around 130 minutes with more intense sexual content, as above.
