I don't get it. Why did she have to wear a fang for that DVD? (Almost) everyone knows what she looks like anyway.

BTW, I think she did quite good on her debut. The way she blushed was quite a turn-on. :nosebleed:

Same reason why they would change her name, birthdate, and the rest of her profile.

There was some concern about the legality of Alice Japan selling Rina's JAV, possibly because some talent agencies try to "copyrights" the public image that they've worked to create (aforementioned profile, and possibly the way an idol looks, etc). Wearing a fake tooth may have simply been a measure to alter her image just enough so as not to "infringe" on any such copyrights -- a safety measure to help the odds against the DVD being banned, since many other idol-turned-AV titles have been banned.

KOMUKAI Minako faced a similar issue when she decided to work at an adult club; her former agent filed a cease and desist order, claiming that she had signed a written agreement not to work in nude modeling or AV.

Of course now that the cat is out of the bag, there's no reason to use the fang anymore. And as recent previews for her second AV reveal, she has lost the fang.

Not confirmed.

This is all highly circumstantial and there is no verified source right now. She could be taking some time off, maybe something coincided with the release of her second AV, she could be on location shooting another AV, maybe even meeting with some former AKB friends (since they just had a big announcement about their next single recently).

Keep in mind, just because her agency "can't find her" doesn't mean she's missing -- she could simply have gone home, or away on a personal vacation. And agencies are supposed to be secretive in the first place, to protect the safety of their clients.

Moreover, don't ever trust tabloids (where most of these rumors come from); they always overexaggerate every little detail. If she were really missing, we would at least expect a formal message directly from her family asking for anyone's help.
