Akiba-Online tracker isn´t working...

Since some days Akina-Online tracker isn´t working correctly and is permanently refusing the requests. Seeding works only on DHT. Please check.

The tracker goes up and down all the time. It's working, but it can be a bit unstable at times.
When it's down, just wait a while and it'll be back up.

It hasn't been working for me for a few weeks - other trackers are fine. The TCP connection is rejected if I telnet to the tracker port.
