640x480 is the absolut minimum for me
1280x720 is perfect for my PC display...
Imo the hard disks are so huge and cheap that anyone can afford couple TB. Personally I cut out all this masturbation and storyline reducing the video size by 25-50% with no quality loss.
Secondly - if you want smaller vids, you can always use some programs to reduce the quality...

I think its like one year for young people under 30 but check to make sure if anyone is interested it this kind of work/study visa. It lets you to study and work basically(if you are Japanese, you can work/study in Germany and vice versa for Germans in Japan).
I've met this young Japanese brother of my friend in the past when he traveled to America and he also traveled to Europe including Germany as well.
