Do you guys know any legal streaming website for gravure idols or JAV? For me it's weird not to find one in 2022...

Well, I just tried, it asks for 22USD for standard quality with download + stream. We are super far from Netflix
I do not want to download, just to stream. Maybe it's only some of the vids on r18?

R18 is your best bet as noted above. Netflix prices + legal JAV streaming (or adult for the most part) won't happen. Economies of scale and the fact that even whales in adult be it in the west or Japan pay magnitudes more in card processing fees than mainstream companies like Netflix.
