JUQ-540 is part of a Madonna series but I don't think many other movies in the series have that ending. If it is just the leaking jizz the opening scene of NIMA-027 kind of fits the description. Its actually one of my favorite opening scenes in a JAV. Great cuckold movie where tired office worker reluctantly returns home because he knows what awaits. He opens the door and is greeted by his nude wife (Ran Kikuno) with cum running down her thigh. His wife explains that his boss just left. The rest of the movie unfolds as a "how did we get here". But its not a series (Yet!).
