You can get a site which supports PHP and a database which is supported by PHP (e.g. MySQL) and install a blog software of your choice.
But you have to choose a hoster which is okay with adult content.

Just because I'm curious: Why don't you want to use blogspot? I have seen many JAV related blogs.

Girlcelly from anime-sharing uses blog.fc2.com. I've also seen many others who blog about jav vids use f2c.

check their TOS.

Any Adult Content including people photographed or videoed, performers or models etc. who are under 18 or can not prove they are 18 or older is expressly forbidden to be released on Our Service(s).
Infringing on other Users' and/or third parties' industrial property rights (patents, trademarks etc.), copyright, trade secrets and/or intellectual property rights.
The following examples show you some copyrightable contents:

* TV programs
* Films and the trailers
* Music and the lyrics
* Advertisements
* Texts in books and magazines
* Photos and images

source: http://help.fc2.com/copyrights/tos/en & http://help.fc2.com/common/tos/en

as you are even banned from blogspot, i think you have received DMCA-Notices - the same will happen on this blog.

1. No loli
2. Don't make money off of it
3. Educational purpose only (jav review and such)

"Section 107 contains a list of the various purposes for which the reproduction of a particular work may be considered fair, such as criticism, comment, news reporting, teaching, scholarship, and research. Section 107 also sets out four factors to be considered in determining whether or not a particular use is fair.
The purpose and character of the use, including whether such use is of commercial nature or is for nonprofit educational purposes
The nature of the copyrighted work
The amount and substantiality of the portion used in relation to the copyrighted work as a whole
The effect of the use upon the potential market for, or value of, the copyrighted work"

4. "Publishing of Adult Content shall be restricted to the Adult areas within Our Services."
Put your blog in the adult content section of their blog.

Thing is, I've notice lots of jav blogs contain "blog.fc2.com" in their link. You can just google any japanese titled jav and you're guaranteed to find something like"xxxxx.blog.fc2.com".

stop making tor happen :D
Hosting on a private PC isn't really that an option. It's okay for small personal sites, but for sites, that will attrackt many users, your upstream probably won't hold the load
(and your ping is shitty :D )
And depending where your home is, you'll get other problems ... like your ISP blocking your Internet, because it gets DMCA :D
Since you don't want to hide it on tor, to attract more users

@prophetomega
How much space and bandwidth do you need?
and do you mind paying a bit per month? If not, i could ask a few people, if they can do a blog-hosting for you.
But keep in mind that offshore, DMCA ignored webspace isn't as cheap as some legal company. (depending on your needs)

You can use
e.g. http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Serendipity_(software) or http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/B2evolution
which are small and not that complicated (i think), though not as mighty as wordpress.
Wordpress is actually the best thing you can do.

As for the consequences of using such a service:
Probably non, if you don't use lolicon. if you use... don't really know. if you aren't from USA, probably not that much. but who knows

@CodeGeek Thanks man, appreciate your suggestion. But I don't think it's for me. It's very interesting though.

@C00Lzero hmmm... Now that you mention wordpress. I actually got second thought about the site. Before I post this thread. I just assumed that since wordpress and blogspot are the top 2 most popular. It would follow that they both have the same protocol when it comes to adult content. But since you mention it, I did some search just to be safe and I found an interesting post that says, between blogspot and wordpress. Wordpress don't remove users those who pay for the service. As to which package I'm not sure yet, but I would assumed as long as you pay. Meaning as long as I don't use the "xxxx.wordpress.com" address. BTW I don't have lolicon plans. Just uncensored, censored JAV and some western porn that I find appealing.

Thanks again. I'll take my time and do more research. No rush ;)
