It says her name is Kana and the last name is blurred out, but of course in the so called amateur movies the name given doesn't really mean much.

The movie is SDMT-467 and sougouwiki lists Kana Ohori (大堀香奈) as one of the actresses, so I guess it's her as the odds are against there being two Kanas in it.
