Anyone recognize this particular room from certain scenes?

This tiled room corner is used for scenes in one of my favorite videos but I've seen it in promo images for other similar videos as well. Anyone recognize it? I find it to be like the famous pool space, but mainly focused on athletic fetish scenes.

I noticed all details are the same: the tile patterns, the wall fan, the ceiling fixtures, the floor color, and the extra room sometimes seen out of camera. A designated filming room in a professional studio?

Much pleasure has been exercised in this particular corner, apparently.

Indeed, might be a studio. Or someone's (big) garage/workspace/fitness room used as a studio.

Multiple companies? All related to Soft On Demand, under studios AROUND, Akinori, and ROCKET. Probably just common rented space or studio space. I've seen a gym used in more than one video, too.
