Are the SOD Amateur Employees videos REAL or fake?

They are hired guns. It's usually one or two big name AV stars mixed in with kikaku models.

Technically there's no amateurs in JAV, as nobody would appear in one for free. There may be women who never do another scene but as they got paid they're still not amateurs.

KIKAKU models generally = amateur women. Either women who don't want to or are unable to become famous AV stars. This means they may not have the looks and/OR do not want to have sex, but don't mind appearing in an adult title. You may see them as extras in some production or maybe doing light sexual things as well. You won't see them starring in any of their own titles.

but I think STD is big issue in the porn industry ? Few years ago a major label from USA did fatal error caused many of their female performers suffer HIV infection

There was an HIV issue a few years ago in US porn, but it was just 2 people. Both US porn and Japanese porn are really strict in testing.
