Material from eastern asian countries (Thailand, Vietnam, Indonesia, China, Korea, Philippines, Taiwan, etc) is tolerated.

What is allowed includes all material produced by japanese companies, and released in Japan as "japanese" product.
What counts more is the finished product (BD, DVD, streaming website) origin than the ethnic origin of the protagonists.
