AV未満 means under AV or as close to AV without needing mosaic. Theres a thread about this in the Jr section as it was first noticed by a number of us in the form of fake under 18 teen titles. but since they aren't juniors I think its best to continue the thread here. The key thing is they are idol titles rather than AV ones. The DVD club mostly gets these kind of titles. There are also real AV "parodies" of the genre which we get
