Anyone have experience purchasing physical media or PPV from them?

What's the DRM situation on the PPV? Can I download it and watch it on VLC or a media player of my choosing without an internet connection?
What's the situation like for exporting physical media outside of the US where importing porn is legal? They make mention of taking the DVD/Bluray out of the casing for any order outside the US and mailing it like that which makes me a little suspicious as to why they do that.

Thanks for the information, I'll try out an on-sale DVD and see what happens with the process and everything before I commit to a bluray. Did it just come with your regular mail in your mailbox or was it priority mail where someone came to your door? I guess I'll find out if you don't remember.

Yeah I'm just a little suspicious of the physical media without the cases. My gut reaction is that it's to lower the chance of customs screening it and seizing it or requiring the recipient to pay duties on it.

I currently live in Canada and it's $20 Canadian dollars duty-free limit when you order online. That number dates back to 1985 and has not changed. There's huge pushback here from retailers because it's one of the American demands at NAFTA negotiations. I think $800 is a bit extreme which is what America has and what they want Canada and Mexico to go with but surely there's some middle ground between $20 and $800 where Canadian retailers will still survive without much problem. The EU and UK also had low limits, not Canada low but still low IIRC.
