Best Streaming Site

What about sites that look like missav, but has all the new releases. I've notice that missav skips movies im drooling over or have boughten in the past. I feel like the site fucks with me at times lol. Missav doesnt add ibw movies that much anymore

Another reason I gravitate to missav are the rewind/ff controls. But for me they only appear on iPhone, not iPad or PC. Anyone know why?

I guess it's because it's a mobile version. I don't know why iPad isn't treated as a mobile device though :)

The mobile version explains why it isn't treated the same on PC, especially if it's a Windows PC

Whatever the reason, I do really like missav- they have an amazing collection of videos, and unlike many others, I don't necessarily need an HD version of a movie (they are not Gone With the Wind), so I can get downloads that do not take up all the space on my external drive

I also have been using missav more and more. Ads are manageable and you can create multiple playlists (one for raep, NTR, whatever your fancy) and also add comments to the titles you save to help remember what was good about it.
didn't know this. I doubt it but is there place where they share playlists?

missav is great for it's recommendations. i wish they didn't cut off their VR titles to the first half only. their resolution is quite low for VR but sometimes they have the only working source for certain titles, but then it's only the first part of the movie.

There are "mirrors", or more like alternative versions of it, that have that switch between parts (but don't have the quality selection setting... so, it's like there are several versions of this site but they are all incomplete in some way :)). For example, there is njav.tv that has recently moved to 123av.com: compare the same movie on MissAV and there and notice the switch between parts but the player doesn't have quality settings (just a random title I chose for comparison)

I just previewed the recently released KATU-136 on MissAV and the watermark on the...wait, a watermark? In 2024?!?!?! good grief. Anyway, it had a 123av.com watermark. All mirrors and plenty of smoke. I use Supjav almost exclusively for any streaming fare. Why get something with watermarks?

MissAV (BOO!)

Well, I guess even in 2024, these sites are stealing rips from each other, trying to upload JAV quicker than the others to get the money going (in this case, the ad money)... Same as it was for pirated games at some point (and maybe still is in some places, but in that case, they literally sold the content on discs etc.)

And if you see such a watermark, you might think that "hey, these guys are just copying the stuff off those guys, I guess the original source is more solid in what they do, maybe the quality is better, and hey, it must still take some time for these guys to copy the content off that site after release. So, obviously, the fastest way to get new releases is from the original source... Well, "the original pirated source"..."

Update: missav now has a "English Subtitle" category. Hopefully they start populating it with more movies, new and old :D.

Some websites are probably owned by the same person because the design and content is exactly the same. And once a file is down, it's down everywhere lol.

It's auto translated.

The way I see it, a lot of these sites just embed other sites' content (let's call those "JAV streaming sources", JSS). There are only a few of JSS sites, and those might have their own mirrors (that's why there are many MissAV "clones", and I guess it's mostly for accesibility reasons... though I'm not sure why the functionality of MissAV and njav is quite different...)

So, a few JSS sites (possibly with their mirrors owned by them), then a bunch of streaming sites that don't host their own content

And yeah, I see two problems with how these versions are organized on MissAV:
* It clutters the site (it's understandable that de-censored versions get their separate page, but for subtitles, you could just embed those as SRT to switch on and off in the player... I guess they just got the video with the subs already "baked in" or something; basically, they got lazy); but what if I want to see an uncensored version with subtitles (as I understand, there are 3 types of content now: censored without subs, de-censored without subs, censored with subs)?
* The translation is likely a neural network/AI work at most, and even now, for Japanese, it has huge problems (even I, with my low level of Japanese, can spot these mistakes easily)
